We want you to be completely satisfied with VelocitySpy. All payments are processed by Dodo Payments, who acts as the payment processor for all transactions.

2. Free Trial

VelocitySpy offers a 3-day free trial on all subscription plans. During the trial period, you have full access to the platform. You will not be charged until the trial period ends.

You can cancel at any time during the trial and you will not be charged.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Billing page in the application. When you cancel:

• Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
• You will not be charged for the next billing period.
• You can continue using the Service until your current period ends.
• No partial refunds are issued for the remaining time in the current billing period.

4. Refund Requests

Since we offer a free trial, refunds are generally not provided after the trial period. However, if you believe you were charged in error or have extenuating circumstances, please contact us and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.
